So, as I started to explain before, the New York Times has had some problems delivering papers to me. So far I have:
- Written using the online failed delivery notice the first day the paper didn’t show up. I received no response, and no replacement paper.
- Written using the online failed delivery notice the second day the paper didn’t show up. I received no response, and no replacement paper.
- Called the third morning, was told I would receive a replacement paper, have my account “red flagged” and would have a “restart notice” sent to the delivery station in Norwalk.
Tonight, there’s still no paper, so I try to use their web form again and politely explain all of the above. When I submit the form:

So fuck you, New York Times. If this keeps up, I’m going to cancel my subscription and become a conservative wanker that loves the Wall Street Journal.
