Dozen tomatillos, half dozen tomatoes, four jalapenos, two habaneros, four serranos, a long green chile, two onions. Remove stems. Heat cast iron pan until those years of seasoning carbonize off. Burn the above until black on all sides. Refrigerate. Food process together, you’ll probably have to do it in batches if you have less than a 40-quart food processor. Blender may be better option. Add salt, something acidic, a handful of cilantro. Yum. Tastes like burning. But good.
