So the Canon mkIII bodies (and the 50d, by feature downflow) have focus calibration.
Was thinking about it, why not just add focus bracketing too? We already have AEB, in the case of fast primes where it’s easy to miss the focus, why not just add a focus bracketing mode too?
That would be an interesting concept, but I wonder if frame order would be a concern here. In traditional exposure bracketing you do one stop on, one below, then one above.
I think in focus bracketing it would make more sense to start from a range and go up or down. Of course you would need to better think of that range.
Regardless definitely an interesting proposition.
