Fall has officially started; I’m making the first batch of chili for the season, and taking the new Le Creuset dutch oven out for its inaugural journey.

Warming up with an easy ground beef and black bean chili, getting ready for the serious chili coming later in the season. Smells delicious. Just an hour to go.
